In Rethinking Physics Second Edition, gravity is fully explained and Newton's and Einstein's gravitational concepts are reconciled by considering elementary particles as electromagnetic energy localized in the observer domain. A theoretical expression for Newton's gravitational constant, GN, is derived and a major issue in physics, the Large Number Problem, is logically resolved. The electron and proton are shown to be quantum black holes satisfying the Schwarzschild equation, with charge and mass as emergent properties, and give the proton - electron mass ratio of 1836. The Universe mass energy density is derived, giving a value close to observations. Dark Energy and Dark Matter are briefly discussed.
